What is included in my NAN conference registration? As a registered attendee of the NAN 2020 Annual Conference, you will be able to:
• Access all CE Sessions and OnDemand sessions • Earn 14.5 CE hours • Connect at your convenience via the interactive platform • Create your own schedule by clicking on the star next to the sessions you want to attend • Connect with other attendees, speakers and industry exhibitors
Just click on any event on the schedule for more details, including session handouts and links to the presentations and Q&As. In addition to the educational sessions, you will also be able to explore the Sponsor and Partners where you’ll find vendors with the latest industry products and services.
When will all of the features, including sessions, be available? Full access to the NAN conference platform will be available starting on Wednesday, October 14, 2020.
How long will I be able to access the content? All educational content is available through November 30, 2020.
When is the last day to register for the conference content? November 23, 2020.
What is the recommended web browser for the virtual conference? Google Chrome
I'm having trouble getting video chats to launch? If you are in Google Chrome and the video chat does not launch, please try to relaunch using FireFox.
What if I have a question for a speaker? During each scheduled CE session there will be a live Q&A chat. Use the chat box in the live session to ask your questions. Some speakers will also be available for Speaker Meet & Greets each day. Check Community Activities for more information.
How do I earn CEs? During the live event, October 14- 16: All CE sessions will have a verification code at the end of the presentation that you will need to unlock the evaluation and earn the CE.
After the live event, October 17 - November 30: An evaluation and short quiz will need to be completed at the to earn CE for the session. To access all of the evaluations, close out of a presentation and click the Evaluation button located on the left-hand navigation. Once you've completed all your evaluations, you can print your CE certificate.
*Please note that OnDemand Sessions are not available for CE.
What are Community Activities and where can I find a listing of them? At an in-person conference, these would likely be our non-education social events. Our virtual conference is offering the same idea—The Community Activities are scheduled over the 3-day event. Click on Community Activites on the schedule for more information on each event.
