Mallory Blasingame, MA, MSIS, joined the Center for Knowledge Management (CKM) at Vanderbilt University Medical Center as a fellow in April 2014 and, at the completion of her training, in which she was fast-tracked, joined CKM as an information scientist in October 2014. In 2020, Ms. Blasingame also assumed the role of eStar Evidence Basket Coordinator for the Center. Ms. Blasingame’s Knowledge Management work has primarily focused on CKM research projects and provision of synthesized evidence for disease-specific care protocols, laboratory test applications, and more recently for patient-specific queries via the electronic health record. Most recently, Ms. Blasingame has been working as a member of the Scholarly Publishing Information Hub (SPI-Hub™) team, working very closely with Dr. Nunzia Giuse, Vice President for Knowledge Management, Taneya Koonce, Associate Director of the Center, and several other members of the CKM team.
