This webinar will touch on 3 key areas of disaster preparedness in today’s world: triage training for COVID, mass casualty incidents—both natural and man-made, and a brief introduction to the national Stop the Bleed course. Participant will understand how to assess respiratory distress, hemorrhaging, and head trauma.
Participants will learn the principles of the RAMP triage program and practice triaging patients in a set scenario.
Participants will learn the basic principles of the STOP THE BLEED course and how to use it in their emergency preparedness plans.
