Q: Do I need a login account to access the posters? A: Yes, the first time you browse the posters you will be required to create an account. View the video on How to Login.
Q: What is my username? A: Your username is the email used to create your account the first time you browse the posters. View the video on How to Login.
Q: What is my password? A: The first time you create your account, you will enter your email address. You will then be sent an automatic email which will have your access code. Your access code is your password. View the video on How to Log in.
Q: What if I forgot my Access Code? A: If you forgot your Access Code, click Login at the top right of the Virtual Expo page. Then, click the option for Forgot Access Key.
Q: How can I browse the posters?
A: You can browse posters by title, topic, center, author, and collaborative (iNICQ/NICQ). View the video on How to Navigate the Expo.
Q: Can I search for posters?
A: Yes. Within each browsing option, there is a search box at the top right of the screen. View the Video on How to Navigate the Expo.
Q: Am I able to zoom in on the poster?
A: Yes. When you click to view a poster, click the option for Fullscreen. When you hover your cursor over the poster, it will automatically zoom in.
Q: Am I able to print a poster?
A: No. Unfortunately, due to contractual agreements we do not have the option for printing, saving, or emailing posters.
Q: How do I use the Discussion + Q&A Feature
A: When the Discussion + Q&A Feature is available, you will be able to click the box to post a question regarding the poster. Poster presenters will be able to review and respond to your questions on the discussion thread.
