Study the relationship between attention and motor function in children with hemiplegia.
Using attention network test (mean response time, correct rate, error rate, miss rate)and gross motor function measure(A. lying position and turning over, B. sitting position, C. climbing and squatting, D. standing, E. walking , running and jumping) a comprehensive assessment of 32 children with hemiplegia. Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between attention and motor function.
There were correlations between the four functional areas of the motor function B, C, D and E in the hemiplegia group, and the network correctness rate, error rate and missing rate. The correlation was roughly moderate (r=-0.47~0.44). Among them, the negative correlation between the D energy zone and the attention network miss rate is higher (r=-0.47, P=0.01); the positive correlation between the C and D energy zones and the attention network correct rate is higher (r=0.44, P=0.01). ); while the children with hemiplegia there were no significant correlations between the two sub-components of the attention network.
