Most companies and government entities have taken the basic steps to investigate worker comp cases. The challenge now is to capture the abilities of those involved in these fraud cases and to show examples of how to use this knowledge to better investigate future cases. There are three main points that will be discussed, and they are as follows: 1. Teaching investigative techniques through examples of two real cases 2. Learning investigative techniques to assist in future investigations. 3. How to put together investigations that will help in closing, denying and prosecuting workers compensation fraud claims.
