The IAFN2020 Virtual Conference includes many on-demand sessions with slides and audio that will be available beginning September 23. Search by title, track, or presenter on the website or mobile app. Click on the session, then click on the slides and audio icon.
HOW DO I ASK A QUESTION DURING AN ON-DEMAND SESSION?
Note: Not all on-demand sessions will offer the Q&A feature.
You must be logged in to the website or app in order to ask a question. Go the session detail page for your selected presentation, click on the blue Q&A button. In the new window, click the green Ask a Question button, type in your question, and click Submit. If someone else has already typed in your question, you can vote that question up to the top of the list using the gray Vote button. Questions will not be answered by presenters immediately, but rather possibly weekly or monthly. Return to the session details page, click the blue Q&A button and search for your question to view the presenter’s response.
ARE SLIDES AVAILABLE FOR THE SESSIONS?
Slides and/or handouts supplied by presenters will be available for download on the website and the mobile app within each session’s detail page. If no slides or handouts are available for a session, the presenter did not provide them.
WHAT IS THE TIME ZONE FOR LIVE SESSIONS?
The live sessions are scheduled in Eastern Time Zone for the United States.
HOW DO I ATTEND A LIVE CHAT SESSION?
Live chat sessions are included in your conference fees but have limited attendance. You must register in advance for live chat sessions through your YM registration account. If you are already registered for the conference and want to add a live chat session, click here.
HOW MANY CNEs CAN I EARN?
Total CNEs available from all sessions and posters = 100+. You can earn as many CNEs as the number of sessions or posters you watch and evaluate.
Evaluations will be available upon completion of viewing/attending each session.
Note: CNEs will be awarded only upon completion of evaluations for the on-demand sessions you watch AND upon completion of the overall conference evaluation.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR THE CONFERENCE?
The dress code is virtual conference casual. Pants are optional!
HOW CAN I RECEIVE A CONFERENCE BROCHURE?
We’ve gone green! We have an interactive conference website and mobile app instead of a printed conference brochure. The mobile app will be available in September.
