Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests received on or before September 15, 2020, will be refunded in full, less a US$100 administrative fee. Refunds will not be made for cancellations on or after September 16, 2020, or for participants who register but do not attend.

Payment Policy
No registrations will be processed unless accompanied by full payment. If a check is returned by the bank for insufficient funds, full payment must be received by cashier’s check or money order and must include an additional $25 for bank processing charges prior to the start of the Conference.

Registration
The preferred method of registration is online using the link above. If you prefer to pay by company check, download the registration form and mail completed form with payment to the address on the form. Your registration is not confirmed until payment is received. If you are an organization, company, institution, or hospital registering a group of attendees, please submit a separate completed registration form for each attendee. All registrations must be paid for in one payment and registrations must be mailed or faxed. The registration deadline is September 23, 2020.

Confirmation
You will receive an electronic confirmation of your registration within 10 days of receipt of your registration and payment.

The Association reserves the right to make necessary changes in speakers, topics, or schedule. The most current program can be found under the schedule tab on this website.
