Q: How will I earn CAE credit? A: Registrants automatically receive 5 hours CAE credit for this event.
Q: How long will the virtual event content be available? A: Livestream sessions will be up on this site by September 3 for viewing. All content will be migrated to our LMS for on-demand CAE credit by October 1. To earn on-demand CAE credit you must access it via the Association Forum LMS. Event registrants will have complimentary access.
Q: What are semi-live sessions? A: These are sessionss for which the video was pre-recorded but discussion is live and the speaker will host a video chat q&a discussion for the last 10-15 minutes of the scheduled session time.
Q: How do I ask presenters questions about their semi-live sessions? A: You can ask questions in two ways: 1. Click the semi-live video button, click the Ask Question button, and type your question. 2. Click the Q&A button, click the Ask Question button, and type your question.
Q: Will other attendees be able to see my submitted question? A: Yes. The Q&A function for all sessions is public. Submitted questions and answers will be visible to all participants.
Q: When will presenters answer my questions about their semi-live sessions? A: We have asked presenters to make themselves available during their scheduled presentation time to answer any submitted questions. If they do not answer them while the presentation is running, they can do so through the video chat at the end of the session.
Q: Do I have to share my video during a video chat? A: No. You may choose not to share your video upon entry and can participate by chat box.
