Please see below for the types of credits that will be offered. Information on how to obtain continuing education credits for physician, non-physician, and case management healthcare professionals will be available during the event.

CE Credits for Non-Physician Healthcare Professionals
MCG is pre-approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing (Provider #CEP14932) to offer continuing education credits. Allied health professionals should review the CE requirements of their licensing body to determine if the continuing education credits apply.

CE Credits for Case Manager Certification
MCG will offer a number of continuing education credits that meet Commission for Case Manager Certification requirements.

CME Credits for Physician Healthcare Professionals
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of SynAptiv and MCG Health. SynAptiv is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

SynAptiv designates this activity for a maximum of 12.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
