John serves as Carollo Engineers National Wastewater Practice Director. John is PM and Technical Advisor on BNR/ENR projects ranging from 10 mgd to 220 mgd. Responsible for managing a national team of wastewater subject mater experts including knowledge management, project development, and, project quality and performance. John is part of Carollo's Wastewater Innovation Leadership team and internal Champion for the company's Ballasted Activated Sludge Initiative.
