Annalisa Kihara, is a Supervising Water Resource Control Engineer in the Division of Water Quality at the State Water Resources Control Board. Ms. Kihara is Chief of the Underground Storage Tank and Site Cleanup Section in the Groundwater Branch. Water Board programs within her section include the Unified Program Agency oversight; and the cleanup of Leaking Underground Storage Tanks, other non-petroleum sites, and Department of Defense sites. Ms. Kihara has been with the State Water Resources Control Board for 14 years and prior to that she worked in environmental consulting. Ms. Kihara holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and is a registered Professional Engineer in California.
