Andy Lee has over twenty years of experience in wastewater research and operations, water resources engineering, and applications/implementation of enterprise geographic information system. His project experiences include odor and corrosions control in large-scale wastewater treatment plants and collection system, composting facilities air emissions control, food waste odor control, digester and landfill gas treatment, compost research, and air emissions sampling and laboratory coordination using AQMD 25.3 method. He has presented frequently in conferences, including CWEA, Weftec, WEF Specialty and other conferences. Andy received his BS in Civil Engineering from National Taiwan University, MS and Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from UCLA. Andy is a Registered Civil Engineer in California.
