Kingsley Kuang has 10 years of experience in wastewater planning, design, and operations, collection system design, and biosolids management. Kingsley obtained his bachelor’s degree in Civil & Environmental Engineer at UC Berkeley, and his master’s degree in Environmental Engineering at San Jose State University. He joined EBMUD in January 2018 and has been the project and construction manager for the South Interceptor Rehabilitation Projects. Before joining EBMUD, Kingsley was project engineer at Woodard & Curran and worked on a variety of wastewater, water, and recycled water projects.
