Municipal Automation Services
After 25+ years, Charles recently retired from the City of Roseville. Charles was the primary resource for the automation and control of all water, wastewater, stormwater, and recycled water systems for the City. Charles is now the Principal of Municipal Automation Services, a consulting form providing automation systems program management services for water and wastewater entities throughout Northern California. Charles has been an active member and speaker for the WEFTEC workshop team, which will be presenting at WEFTEC for the 13th consecutive year. Charles was a contributing author for WEF's Automation of Wastewater Treatment Facilities, 3rd ed., Instrumentation Chapter; contributing author for AWWA's M2 Manual, Instrumentation and Control, which is under final development, and was the lead author for the Instrumentation Chapter of WEF's Automation of Water Resource Recovery Facilities, 4th ed.
