All plants need to perform maintenance, however, not all areas that need maintenance are easily accessible. Come learn about Central San’s experience implementing a successful 66 mgd bypass of one of their most inaccessible areas – their Influent Structure – to rehabilitate the structure and maintain their assets.
After participating in this session, participants will be able to feel comfortable tackling required maintenance at the “untouchable” locations of their facility.
After participating in this session, participants will be able to identify variables needed, such as flow split through a structure, to aid in the design process.
After participating in this session, participants will be able to list key milestones required for the bypass operation during the planning/scheduling process.
