The City of Paso Robles Wastewater Treatment plant simultaneously installed Title 22 tertiary treatment technologies and a phosphorus nutrient harvest system to provide a new source of sustainable water and address struvite build-up. The results of these system implementations will benefit agencies facing reduced plant inflows and struvite production.
