Over the last decade, the USEPA has developed policies to support long-term Integrated Planning for water, wastewater, and stormwater utilities, culminating in the 2019 Clean Water Act amendment codifying these flexibilities. This presentation will cover USEPA’s process, national case studies, and opportunities to address the issues California utilities face.
