Courtney Meuth, PharmD, MBA, BCPS – Medical Science Liaison, Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals
Courtney Meuth graduated with her PharmD from Northeastern University in Boston, MA, and subsequently completed two years of internal medicine pharmacy residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. After residency she moved to Houston, TX, where she worked as a cardiology clinical pharmacist at MD Anderson Cancer Center for 11 years. While she was at MD Anderson, she collaboratively worked with physicians caring for patients with cardiovascular diseases and cancer, participated in committees designing medication protocols, conducting retrospective research, and writing manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals. In 2016 she transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry where she has been a Cardiovascular/Immunology Medical Science Liaison covering the Central United States. She has been working most recently at Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals since early 2019 supporting internal teams on research endeavors, medical information, and training initiatives. Externally she works predominantly with cardiologists and rheumatologists collecting insights, identifying clinical investigators, communicating medical/scientific data, connecting internal and external stakeholders, providing conference support, and supporting external stakeholder research activities.
