Assistant District Attorney Harris County District Attorney
This presentation will discuss how to deal with mothers of victims who are "bad" for one or more reasons. These include: know-it-all moms; moms who call every day; moms who don't believe their child; moms who are still in love with the defendant; moms who tell the defense everything you say; uncontrollable moms; and moms who are simply crazy. For each of these "bad moms", the presenters will provide examples from cases as well as provide suggestions on how to handle them and the resources to draw on in doing so.
