In this workshop attendees will learn the art of developing effective themes and theories to present to jurors in cases of child abuse. Particular emphasis will be placed on cases of child sexual abuse in which the outcome largely relies on the assessment of the child’s credibility versus the credibility of the accused. This workshop will only be recorded and available On-Demand from August 10, 2020 until December 31, 2020.
