Lydia Madden is a Project Specialist for Law Enforcement Relations within the Exploited Children Division (ECD) at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). Currently, she works directly with law enforcement, facilitating communication with law enforcement around the world for the CyberTipline, as well as onboarding new agencies to receive CyberTipline reports. Throughout her 13 years with NCMEC, Lydia has handled thousands of CyberTipline reports, resulting in numerous arrests of child sexual offenders. She has provided extensive technical assistance and training to law enforcement in the United States, as well as abroad, on cases of child sexual exploitation, especially Internet crimes against children.
