Ann Martin Kuykendall is an Assistant District Attorney with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. She is currently serving as a felony prosecutor assigned to the 338th District Court. She received her J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Business Honors at Texas A&M University. Ann and her husband, Clinton Kuykendall, moved to the Houston area in January 2020 to be closer to family and to enable Clinton to take advantage of a career opportunity. Prior to serving as an ADA with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, she worked at the Collin County District Attorney’s Office, where she spent her last rotation in the Crimes Against Children Division.
