The planning committee is committed to having as much live interaction as possible, therefore, this decision was made from that framework.

Presenters are asked to be available 30-minutes before their scheduled Live Q & A time to have time with their moderators.

Q: Will other attendees be able to see my submitted question? A: Yes. The Q&A function for all sessions is public. Submitted questions and answers will be visible to all participants. Your questions and answers to your questions will not be recorded.

A: We have asked presenters to make themselves available during their scheduled presentation time to answer any submitted questions. This is your Live Q & A session with your moderator. Two winners will receive a complimentary registration for a future AWRA conference!
Q: Are the Virtual Conference Field Trips free? A: All Virtual Field Trips are free to attend. You will simply need to click on them when they are available in the schedule. There is a competition!
