Rajiv Karani is a medical student at the University of Cincinnati and a current fellow in the Leadership and Innovation Fellowship Training (LIFT) Program at University of California Irvine. This year he worked on several projects exploring the role of interactive virtual reality for preoperative planning, novel CT protocols for the workup of hematuria, and crowdsourcing in evaluating surgical skills.
