This topic fits well under the umbrella of Quality 4.0. LNS research has identified 11 “axes” or dimensions of Quality 4.0. These include data, analytics, connectivity, collaboration, app development, scalability, management systems, compliance, culture, leadership, and competency. The development and use of dashboards intersects clearly with the first four of these dimensions and has potential relationships or applications within all the others. In addition, this presentation fits within specific focus areas of the conference including The Quality 4.0 Framework/Best Practices, Technologies and The Lighthouse Series/Big data and Analytics. The presentation will share real world experience—examples from actual engagement with teams involved in the process of developing and deploying dashboards for their organizations.
