When organizations desire to have a culture of quality and improvement, understanding ourselves, our team members and using people data provides a unique approach to training, culture, team alignment and ultimately builds high performance and a positive employee experience (aka engagement).
During this workshop, participants will delve into people data and the science behind what drives people. Once we understand the core drives, we can use this people data to:
1) Become INDIVIDUALLY self-aware: As we gain insights into our own personal self-awareness, we can further our understanding of the extent of our personal power AND identify our professional blind spots. The research supports that while many believe they are self-aware (95%) only about 10-15% of us actually are (Tasha Eurich study). This clarity provides an ability to interact with others in a more purposeful way - communicate clearer, influence more effectively, build deeper relationships, and so much more.
2) Become TEAM self-aware: The people data provides a composite make-up of the team. This make up describes how we communicate, how we interact, how others see the team, how w make decisions and take action. Through use of the team dynamics data, we can tailor training, interventions, hiring, team assignments and build a highly effective team focused on quality and improvement.
The Workshop provides attendees the key points below. All learning will use facilitation & adult learning principles, exercises and debrief to deepen the learning experience.
1) People Data Analysis (Self-assessment done during the session including a PDF report sent directly to them to use during the session) 2) Self-awareness understanding (Deep dive for each individual to understand where they have strength, their personal blind spots and strategies to minimize risk and reduce relationship fractures). 3) Team Dynamics Synthesis through use of people data 4) Individual planning and actions to take back to their organization to build stronger teams, adjust training and steps to build/shift/improve their own culture of quality.
