This session is designed to help all levels of staff understand key fundamentals on how to change the culture within their organization. The presentation will describe how these fundamentals were applied to a lean six sigma project focused on improving quality and how it allowed the team to change the organizations culture from censoring the word “defect” to it being a standard metric that people see on management dashboards and talk about in section meetings.
