Martin Koritko is Vice President, Enterprise Continuous Improvement in the Enterprise Delivery Practices organization of Lincoln Financial Group’s Information Technology department. In addition to his extensive background in operational excellence, he possesses 20 years of experience within the financial services industry with a diverse array of experiences across all aspects of the client life cycle--sales, onboarding, operations, quality assurance, client service and corporate strategy.
In his current role, Martin leads an enterprise-wide internal consultancy that partners with Lincoln’s business units and functional areas to develop strategies and optimize operations leveraging a systematic approach that enables data driven decision making. Additionally, he maintains responsibility for delivering training tailored to Lincoln employees that instill both the knowledge and applications of Lean Six Sigma principles throughout the enterprise. Finally, Martin owns Lincoln’s employee innovation program—Ideas@Work.
Martin earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. He is versed in the retirement plan regulatory environment as well as investments. He obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University and has been FINRA Series 6 and 63 licensed.
