Andrae Kirkland is an awarded professional who began his career as a Co-Op Student with NASA at the John F. Kennedy Space Center while attending the University of Florida. Following graduation, Andrae joined Nike, Inc. as an Industrial & Systems Engineer who led innovative process improvement and quality control initiatives. For the business impacts associated with his efforts, Andrae received Nike's "Just Do It" Award - symbolizing his character as a leader along with his expertise as a Lean & Six Sigma facilitator to drive business transformation.
Continuing his growth as a Lean & Six Sigma professional, Andrae earned international recognition after being honored by the Reusable Packaging Association with the "Excellence in Reusable Packaging" Award in 2018. Accountable for a global network of returnable assets valued over $350 million, Andrae excelled at reducing transportation costs and increasing asset utilization for Anheuser-Busch InBev.
Andrae's Lean Six Sigma background has provided him the ability to pair business needs with innovative solutions. In his current role as Director of Business Transformation, Andrae's primary focus is to determine how next-level technologies - such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Robotic Process Automation - can be leveraged to continue delivering results that are to the direct benefit of both consumers and Anheuser-Busch InBev.
