Presentation Description: This session’s audience will learn how to apply Lean principles and tools to identify and produce innovative products, processes, and services for internal and external customers. A case study will demonstrate how Lean principles and tools were used to create innovation and build a successful startup company. In particular new methods to drive quick turn Minimum Viable Products and test for a "Product-Market Fit" before a significant investment is made in infrastructure and sales channels so that quick product changes (pivots) can be made early in the development cycle.
