Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine
David is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with C-level Executive experiences in product, quality and manufacturing engineering. In 2001, David started his training and consulting firm E3 to provide diverse training, research and consulting services to support mission-critical business transformations and problem-solving.
He is an Adjunct Professor at the Kettering University School of Management, where he instructs students online in Lean and Six Sigma techniques in their pursuit of a master’s degree in the Lean Manufacturing Management program at Kettering University, in Flint, Michigan.
David is also an Adjunct Professor at the Nova SE University Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. At Nova, David teaches and develops new graduate-level classes on: Lean, Six Sigma, Data Preparation and Data Wrangling for Research Efforts.
Over the years, he trained and mentored over 10,000 professionals in the following areas: Operational Excellence, Design for Manufacturing, Design for Six Sigma, Six Sigma Problem-Solving, Lean Techniques, Quality Management Systems (QMS), the Toyota Production System (TPS), Kaizen Events, Design of Experiments (DOEs), Quality Function Deployment (QFD), High Reliability Organizations (HRO) and Innovation-On-Demand techniques.
David has a bachelors and master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a major in Automotive Engineering from the Technical University of Cologne, Germany.
