Kevin Britton is passionate about helping people create the best version of themselves and their orgainization by identifying and navigating positive change.
Kevin leads improvement projects and programs as a Six Sigma Black Belt for Hemlock Semiconductor Operations, LLC, a world leading manufacturer of high-purity polysilicon for the electronic and solar-power industries. His work builds on over 20 years of experience in Lean design and improvement implementation, program leadership, and large change implementation, both professionally within the automotive, IT, and chemical industries, and through his work with community groups.
Kevin has led Hemlock's Lean deployment efforts since 2014. He started his advanced analytics journey in 2017, playing a key role in the deployment and ongoing governance of the company's analytics platform. He is a frequent instructor of internal Lean Six Sigma training, actively coaches practitioners within his organization, and has spoken at regional and national conferences on the topics of Lean, Change Management, and Analytics.
Kevin holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, an MS in Engineering from Purdue, and is an ASQ-Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
