I am Shumaila Rasool from Pakistan currently working as a Ph.D. researcher at Department of Plant and Environmental Sciences, University of Copenhagen, Denmark. I did my bachelor’s and Masters from University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF), Pakistan in agricultural sciences where I mainly worked with entomopathogenic fungi as a biological control agent of insect pests. I continued my research interest for my Ph.D. with deeper insights. Currently, I am working with entomopathogenic fungi as endophytes and surging about different plant physiological responses and effects against insect pests. I am investigating about changes in enzymes and secondary metabolite profiles after endophytic inoculation of fungus that can alter insect feeding behavior. I have learned and adopted the skillset essential to deliver outstanding results regarding my field. I take full responsibility of entrusted tasks and strive for exceptional outcomes in field of insect pathology and biological control.
