Postdoc
Yale University
I am working as a postdoc in Department of Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology at Yale University. I obtained my Ph.D. from School of Life Science at Sun Yat-sen University, China. My overriding interest is to understand how plants integrate energy status and seasonal information to regulate development. By datamining existing microarray databases and analyzing daily gene expression in short day (winter) and long day (summer) photoperiods, I investigate the correlation between photoperiodic gene expression patterns and gene expression levels.
