The Metabolic Institute of America (TMIOA) is the brainchild of Dr. Yehuda Handelsman, one of the most respected doctors in the world. TMIOA was founded as an answer to the growing global epidemic of obesity and multiple metabolic disorders. It is dedicated to clinical research and the education of diabetes, hypertension, lipid disorders, obesity and other related metabolic disorders, in order to prevent CVD and other associated complications.
