Celebrating 60 years of practice, EDSA looks to the future to build upon a legacy that has redefined landscape architects as influencers of global stewardship, responsible land development, and innovative design. Through project works and a culture of collaboration, the 145-person firm is committed to a continuous evolution of creating purposeful places and healthy environments.
Cadence began their start up in 2010 with one goal in mind: to operate a business based on the Golden Rule. At the time, Rebecca Bradley and Gage Couch saw a void in the South Florida design market for thoughtful, site-specific design which was responsive to both nature and the communities they serve. The startup aimed to rework how we function as designers, local citizens, and individuals—with meaning and joy. Now a team of six, Cadence continues to focus on connecting physical and social landscapes and understanding how humans and the built environment can make a positive impact on nature.
Since 1985, Raymond Jungles, Inc. has developed a dynamic practice inspired by the ethic of stewardship of the land under the leadership of Raymond Jungles. The firm’s work is innovative yet timeless, proposing design solutions that respond to surrounding natural systems while restoring nature’s balance and harmony on a micro-scale. The firm’s completed gardens personify timelessness and beauty, with verdant spaces that entice participation and soothe the psyche.
