Environmental justice has provided a solid foundation for landscape architecture to work with. In light of challenges of climate change combined with systemic injustice extending beyond environmental justice work, what roles can landscape architecture professionals play in making equity accountable in the design outcomes to combat climate change, making meaningful connection with community and integrating their voices in decision-making processes to combat climate change, and restoring justice while enhancing resilience community to combat climate change for generations to come?
