How do I register for the meeting to gain access to the presentations?

• You need to register for the meeting and pay the associated registration fee online.
• Once you register, you will receive a link to access the presentations via email within 30 minutes (between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM CDT). If you register after 10:00 PM CDT, you will receive access at 6:00 AM CDT the following day.

How do I login and where do I find my "access key"?

• If you already registered and need to have your access details resent, click on Login in the upper right of the page and click on "Forgot Access Key".
• If you just registered for the meeting, you will receive your login details within 30 minutes (between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM CDT). If you register after 10:00 PM CDT, you will receive access at 6:00 AM CDT the following day.

What are the suggested Web Browsers?

• Best optimized for access through Google Chrome

What formats are the presentations being presented during the meeting?

• Live: These are events taking place at a specific time and will be live-stremed. These will also be recorded and will be available after the meeting as well.

• 12-Minute Talks (Standard Oral Presentations) and Posters (Standard 3-minute Poster Presentations): The 12-minute talks and posters are all pre-recorded and will be released at 7:00 AM CDT on the day their sessions are listed to take place.

How do I vew the presentations?

• Live Presentations
• Live Presentations taking place within the CadmiumCD streaming system (Symposia) will be accessed by clicking on the "Live Stream" button located at the bottom on the session pop up window. These events are located under the "Live" tab in the Left Navigation menu
• Live Social events, including the Opening Session and the WSASAS Business Meeting will be accessed by using the Zoom Link listed within the event pop-up window. For example, The ASAS President's Mixer will be accessed through the Zoom link in the description (Join Zoom Meeting  https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86019662101). These events are listed under the "Live Attendee Social Program" ltab in the Left Navigation menu.
• 12-Minute Talk and Poster Presentation
• These will be accessed within each presentation's "Presentation Pop-up Window". You will see links to access the "Slides and Audio" or just the "PDF" within the window for Oral Presentations (12-minute talks) and will see links for "Slide and Audio" within the window for the Poster Presentations .

Can I ask questions about the presentations to their presenting author and how will the be answered?

• Yes, all presentations (live and recorded) have the ability to ask questions to the presenter.
• The live presentations will have a Q&A option to ask live questions which will be fielded by the chair of the event and are accessed via the Q&A button on the session under the "Live" tab in the Left Navigation Menu. These questions will be answered live during the symposia you are attending.
• The recorded presentations have the Q&A feature that allows you to messge the presenter directly and we will have all presenters check their questions throughout the meeting and respond. These are located on the "presentation pop up" when you access the recording and slides once they are launched. These questions go directly to the "Presenting Author" for the 12-minute talk or poster you are viewing. Questions can be asked to the presenting author on the 12-minute talks and posters at any time during the meeting and will be answered by the presenting author throughout the day.
• Questions will be answered either live or in the Q&A window
• The "Live" presentations taking place in the Symposia will be fielded by the chair during the session and presented to the speakers within the session for  "live" answer during the symposia.
• The recorded presentations in the 12-minute talks and posters will be responded to within the Q&A window for the presentation. If you ask a questioon on a presentation, check back under the Q&A button on that presentation later in the day to see the presenting authors response. We have asked presenting authors of the pre-recorded talks and posters to check their Questions section multiple times each day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM CDT.

Will I continue to have access to the talks after the meeting dates?

• As in previous years, registrants of the meeting will continue to have access to the talks via their login through the website after the meeting has ended.

How do I find all live events?

• Live Events are listed under the "Live" and Attendee Social Program tabs on the left navigation menu.

How do I find all 12-Minute Talks and Poster Presentations, which are not taking place "live"?

• These are located under the 12-Minute Talks and Posters tabs on the left navigation menu.

What are the Program Chair Poster Picks and the President's Oral Picks in the left navigation menu?

• These are presentations the Overall Program Chair (Dr. Deb Van Overbeke) and the ASAS National President (Dr. Beth Kegley) have marked as their favorites being presented at the 2020 ASAS-CSAS-WSASAS Annual Meeting & Trade Show.

How do I find awardee information, their talks and videos of them accepting their 2020 award?

• All awards are listed under the Awards tab in the Left Navigation Menu. Make sure you check out the Hall of Awards page for a listing off all awards with links to the individual award pages.

How do I communicate with exhibitors?

• There are several options (click on the exhibitor listing to gain access to their details)
• Each company lists a website and contact details, including email address
• Some exhibitors will be staffing their booths for live chat options

How do I chat with the Meeting Organizers for additional help?

• There are Help Desk Sessions located under the Attendee Social Program in the Left Navigation, simply click on the appropriate one for the current day to connect to a staff member.
