After two rounds of consultation with 30 experts, the weights and combination weights of each indicator was finalized. Outcome:The average value of the importance of the first-level indicator was 4.67 to 5, the full ratio was 0.73 to 1, the coefficient of variation was 0-0.14, the mean of the importance of the second-level indicator was 4.63 to 5, the full ratio was 0.67 to 1, the coefficient of variation was 0 to 0.13; The mean value of the importance of the three-level indicator is 3.63 to 5, the full ratio is 0 to 1, and the coefficient of variation is 0 to 0.14. Implications for Perioperative Nursing:Using the Delphi expert correspondence method, the final three-level index, 12 second-level indicators, and 69 three-level indicators of the HOR nursing quality evaluation index system are scientific, reliable, specific and operable.
