102 - Effect of Chinese Five-element Music Therapy on Perioperative Anxiety in Patients with Vocal Cord Polyps Surgery
Description: 1.Vocal cord polyps are benign Proliferative lesions that occur in the vocal cord.The main reason is that excessive or improper use of voice is common in teachers, actors, singers and other professional use of voice, most need surgical treatment.This kind of surgery has obvious postoperative pain, and patients worry about whether it will affect their career, resulting in heavy psychological burden, obvious anxiety, and often accompanied by insomnia, which greatly affects the postoperative recovery of patients.This study aims to reduce postoperative anxiety of patients through music therapy, and at the same time, make appropriate music therapy prescription for different patients in combination with music of five elements of traditional Chinese medicine, so as to explore and to analyze the influence of Chinese Five-element music therapy on the degree of anxiety during perioperative period in patients with vocal cord polyp surgery.analyze its influence on postoperative anxiety of patients.2.I graduated from Nanjing medical university and have been working in the operating room for more than 7 years.My teacher has been engaged in operating room management for more than 20 years and is good at team building and humanistic care.The adviser in psychology is a professor of psychology.3.We investigate and analyze the influence of different music therapy on perioperative anxiety, a total of 360 patients with vocal cord polyp surgery from May 2017 to May 2019 were enrolled and divided into three groups: control group, ordinary music therapy group and five-element music therapy group.
Results: The ST-AI score in control group was significantly higher than the ordinary music therapy group and the five-element music therapy group (P<0.05). While compared the five-element music therapy group with the ordinary music therapy group, the ST-AI score in the five-element music therapy group was significantly lower. (P<0.05).
