I earned my Master's Degree in Food Science and Technology at the University of Copenhagen, having peviosuly gaduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at Maastricht University. I undertook my Master's thesis in the field of Health and Nutrition at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. My research interests are in the area of food chemistry, nutritional analyses, and biological activities of food molecules. I am currrently working at the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) as Scientiic Officer in the areas of feed additives and novel foods.
