Currently working on seed oil biosynthesis, quantity and quality in Camelina sativa and Brasica napus, the role of lipids in abiotic stress response and the composition and function of plant surface waxes. Strong interest in the diversity of fatty acid composition and storage lipid structure in seeds, analysis and engineering of novel oil profiles.
