My name is Thais Jordânia Silva, I'm PhD student in Food Technology at the State University of Campinas, Brazil. I develop research together with the Oil and Fats Laboratory with emphasis on olegel technology as an alternative to eliminate trans and reduce saturated foods. Master in Food Science and Technology from the Federal University of Viçosa, Brazil, in 2016. Graduated in Food Science and Technology, and Dairy Technology completed in 2014. Since then I have been a researcher with projects related to bioactive peptides and, oils and fats.
