German Society for Fat Science (DGF)

DGF is the German network for the science and technology of fats, oils and lipids.

Founded in 1936 its main tasks are
-to organise scientific congresses and continuing education courses
-to publish scientific literarure
-to organise an annual ringtest on fat analytics
-to develop an publish analytical methods (The German Standard Methods)
