AOCS Analytical Methods

Since the 1920s AOCS methods have been internationally recognized for trade, and several are listed by the Codex Alimentarius Commission. Offered in several different formats, the Official Methods and Recommended Practices of the AOCS is essential for a lab testing edible fats and oils and similar compounds.
