Given the multitude of changes at both the federal and state level, the impact to managed care pharmacy has been significant and begs the question, “what does a post-COVID-19 world look like for managed care pharmacy?”
This session will highlight how the pandemic has influenced the scope of practice for managed care pharmacy and how managed care pharmacists will continue to respond to the pandemic. The session will also focus on both state and federal issues including pharmacist reimbursement and clinical trends with formulary and drug use management.
