Serve You Rx
Renee Wallace has a unique blend of pharmacy industry and Fortune 500 business experience, drawing from an impressive PBM background to help clients analyze drug utilization and match clinical programs to best serve their members. As a Clinical Pharmacist Renee is well prepared to balance member needs with client goals. She guides clients as they navigate complex benefit changes, through discussions around alternative medications, payment assistance for specialty drugs and communication approaches to minimize disruption.
Prior to joining Serve You Rx in 2019, Renee served as a Clinical Account Executive with CastiaRx where, in addition to providing clients with daily clinical support, she created an automated opioid database to review pharmacy claims for potential red flags. As a result of the database findings, case management intervention was proposed when warranted. Renee also worked as a Sr. Manager of Network Audit at Express Scripts. In that role, she managed a remote team of on-site pharmacy auditors and analyzed claims data to identify negative trends for the purpose of selecting pharmacies for on-site audits, resulting in the recovery of more than $19M in annual overpayments and fraudulent claims. Prior to that role, she was an Executive Pharmacist at Target and a pharmacy intern at Walgreens.
Renee holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Southern Illinois University School of Pharmacy where she also received a teaching certificate. Her pre-pharmacy studies were completed at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. From 2016 to early 2020, she served as Missouri chapter president of the National Association of Drug Diversion Investigators (NADDI) and is passionate about the prevention of fraud, waste and abuse in our healthcare system, and educating others on opioid dependency.
