Susan Bratton is a seasoned healthcare and finance executive with experience across the healthcare services, healthcare technology and pharmaceutical sectors. After a 20-year career as an investment banker where she advised healthcare companies on capital raising and mergers and acquisitions, Susan left Wall Street to found Savor Health, a B2B AI-based technology platform which combines expert knowledge, scientific literature, and machine learning to deliver personalized nutritional strategies to people living with chronic diseases in order to prevent and manage the symptoms and issues of these conditions. Susan’s mission is to build the scientific evidence necessary for nutritional strategies to someday be understood, accepted and prescribed as reimbursed, standard of care interventions that are leveraged to prevent and manage disease and to control healthcare costs at a patient- and population level.
Susan speaks internationally on the role of nutrition as an intervention in chronic disease as well as on leadership, startups, and managing diverse teams. She is a member of the TWIN Catalyst Food as Medicine Working Group which is part of the larger and broader TWIN Working Group focused on Nourishing the World by 2050. Susan is the author of the Meals to Heal Cookbook, 150 medically-tailored recipes to support the nutritional health of cancer patients. Susan received her undergraduate degree from Duke University and MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
