Dr. Fred Cohen is an internal medicine resident physician at the Montefiore Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He received his undergraduate degree in chemistry from Binghamton University and medical degree from Stony Brook University School of Medicine. Dr. Cohen's research focuses on acute and preventive treatments for migraine, as well as quality improvement and patient safety. He previously spoke at the 2019 International Headache Congress on comparing hydromorphone and prochlorperazine for the treatment of migraine in the emergency room setting. Dr. Cohen plans to pursue a headache medicine fellowship following residency.
